Fantastic experience! Got a replacement DLP lamp and housing for a Mitsubishi the next day. Total including shipping was half of what Mistubishi charges on their website! I TV was actually still under an extended warranty but they claimed the lamps were on national back order and it would be a 2 week wait. The local electronics big box store told me 3 to 4 weeks to order this lamp. Honestly I was nervous ordering from here because it just seemed to good, fast and cheap to be true. I'm glad I took the chance! I placed my order with Bob over the phone at 10 AM on a Monday and had the lamp in my TV by 2 PM the next day. When my warranty lamp eventually shows up I'll put it in the closet for a spare. Seriously, I could not be any more satisfied with my experience. Matt
